About me

I’m Andrea, a psychologist with over 25 years’ experience supporting people and business with mental health and neurodiversity through coaching, training and speaking. I’m passionate about empowering people and businesses to reach their full potential.

In my career, I have worked in education, the NHS, and charities, where I have coached, delivered training and awareness to people and business. I blend psychological theory and therapeutic principles with practical strategies to help people understand themselves, regulate emotions, build lasting resilience and healthier workplaces.

Outside of work, I enjoy challenging both my physical and mental limits, having completed several endurance events, including Ironman triathlon, ultra-marathons, the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

I’m proud to be part of the Cheshire Woman Award committee, celebrating and raising the profile of outstanding women in Cheshire while supporting local charities.
